May Day greetings to you and yours!
Since we last emailed, Davd and I have welcomed a little munchkin into our lives. We now orbit around this tiny human, and his gravitational pull is strong, not allowing us to travel as far afield as we normally do!
We have still managed to get out a little, but we’re staying close to home. The equinox came when Zenith was not quite two weeks old, and we bundled up and went for our first family excursion: to Parowan Gap just an hour’s drive from where we currently live. We picnicked, Davd set up cameras, and we watched the sun set into that beautiful gap. It was delightful to brave the elements together.
Davd continues to spend all his spare time polishing up the first volume of Axis Mundi (here’s the trailer in case you missed our last email: Axis Mundi trailer). We are now ready to start doing test screenings to see how well the movie is working. Our goal is to have the film ready to submit to festivals and screenings later in the year.
We hope you enjoy these time lapses taken at Parowan Gap over the past couple of months.
The Valentine family,
Chloe, Davd, and Zenith
(plus Wasatch, Mintaka, Neo, and Tycho)
